Kylie Jenner may have just raked in nearly $200,000 for her 18th birthday bash in Montreal, but another megastar didn't appear to have the same luck.

It turns out that Justin Bieber canceled a scheduled appearance at Beachclub on Saturday after the promoter didn't pay him in full, according to a report from TMZ.
The Where Are You Now crooner, 21, backed out of the Canada-based event after he only received the first half of his total payment for the gig
TMZ claims Bieber's team signed a contract with the promoter for 'a couple of hundred thousand dollars' to sing one or two songs in order to get the party started.
Reports say the original deal was that the club would pay Justin half upon signing the contract and receive the remainder two days before the event, on Thursday.
Justin's management contacted the club and supposedly were promised immediate remittance, but the club seemed to back away from the agreement when the time for the check arrived.
