The picture was taken on June 2 during his holiday in Marbella, days before the 19-year-old was photographed lying on a street in Tenerife next to a packet of cigarettes.
It follows footage that emerged of the youngster in April inhaling nitrous oxide, known as 'hippy crack', which led to Villa manager Tim Sherwood warning Grealish about his conduct.
It remains to be seen what would be decided of him, but it doesn't look good for the midfielder. He just might throw his football career away here...poor boy
