Sky sources understand two Serie A clubs are interested in signing Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli, but will only sign the Italian on a cut-price deal.
Balotelli’s future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks but Liverpool won’t comment on reports claiming he is not training with the first-team.
However, he has not been named in Liverpool’s squad to face HJK Helsinki this weekend. We are awaiting news on whether he will be involved in Liverpool’s friendly against Swindon on Sunday.
