She may have turned 57 on Sunday but Madonna proved she is still young at heart as she celebrated her special day in style.
The mother-of-four was surrounded by her children as she partied at the cabaret-style M Bar in Hollywood dressed in a sheer long-sleeved top which she wore over a matching black lace bustier.
Aside from her outfit choice, Madonna's birthday celebrations took on a traditional format which saw her gifted a gorgeous new puppy and a beautiful cake which paid homage to her forthcoming Rebel Heart world tour. 
he dolled up for the occasion and shared various images on her Instagram page afterwards.
The legendary hit-maker wore several brightly-coloured fresh flowers in her hair which she wore in her statement centre parting.
In one image the Hung Up singer posed with her eldest child, 18-year-old Lourdes, and captioned the snap: 'Birthday Fun with Princess #1.'
