After 29 days of tears and tantrums, the epic Celebrity Big Brother battle pitting the UK against the USA is finally over.
The Apprentice contestant James Hill was crowned the winner of the Channel 5 reality show on Thursday night after receiving the most votes from the British public, narrowly beating American runner-up Austin Armacost.
Host Emma Willis revealed there was less than two per cent in between the two boys, who became the best of friends during their time in the house.
In third place was Atomic Kitten singer Natasha Hamilton, closely followed by funnyman Bobby Davro in fourth.
Leaving the CBB house together in fifth and sixth places respectively were double act Stevi Ritchie and Chloe-Jasmine Whichello, and Loose Woman star Sherrie Hewson.
James was shocked by his win, stuttering, 'I never expected it, ever!' Emma agreed, saying she would never have picked him as the victor when the series began.
'I've no idea why the public have picked me, but I've tried to put others first and just have a great time in the house', he said.
