Megan Fox really was the New Girl as she showed up for her first day of filming on the popular sitcom on Monday.

The actress seemed to be keen to make a good impression, appearing fresh-faced and eager as she walked onto the Los Angeles set with a smile on her face.
She was dressed down ahead of her turn in the make-up trailer, in patterned leggings and trainer
Interestingly Megan carried an Idiot's Guide To Palmistry in her hands. 
Perhaps she was planning on whiling away the time between takes by looking to the future - and whether her new role will prove a success.
On New Girl Fox will play Reagan, described as 'a gorgeous, straight-shooting pharmaceutical sales rep who comes to town on business and shakes things up'.
Megan's character will sublet Jess’s [Zooey Deschanel] room while she is away on jury duty.
