A perfect finish from Nacho decided matters in Real Madrid's favour at the Bombonera, as the Spaniards overcame Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 in the Champions League. 
The defender had only been on the pitch for two minutes after replacing Marcelo, but converted a wonderful first-time effort from out wide after Toni Kroos' shot had been deflected.
Despite the attacking talent on display from both sides it proved to be the only goal of the game, as Keylor Navas and Kevin Trapp both made a string of saves to keep the scoreline tight to the end.
