Less than three weeks remain until the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is unveiled at IFA and Samsung is already ramping up advertising efforts for the new phablet. A dedicated page on Samsung's official site has a sappy ad that mostly features the Galaxy Note 3 but the last few seconds of the video remind us to expect the Note 4. Samsung has also posted about the ad on Weibo announcing a contest that can net you Galaxy Note 3 (that's right, 3 not 4). The conditions of the contest are a little unclear, our Chinese is rusty, but only people from China can apply anyway.
